Vigilante-Thomas Fisher was originally a 1960’s CIA agent that has been investigating a possible neo nazi organization for 2 years. But his career suddenly ended when he got a phone call that said his son, Alex, was killed in an accident. He returned to his gritty home city, finding it a ruin, and can’t find his wife anywhere. So he becomes a vigilante, fighting 60’s crimes.
Helen Fisher is Thomas’ first child he has after becoming the vigilante. He found out that her mother was murdered and decided to adopt her.
Matt Fisher is Thomas’ second child he has after becoming the vigilante. He found him in the sewers, being dragged away by a grotesque monster.
Beat Down-Susan Kelly was inspired by the Vigilante and joined him as an unofficial sidekick. She shares her vigilante name with Fisher’s daughters.
Ian Lucas-Fisher’s best friend in the CIA who gives to him experimental gadgets, spy like gadgets, that help him out.
Dragon-Steven Temple is Susan Kelly’s boyfriend who becomes his sidekick. He shares the vigilante name with Fisher’s sons.
Vicki Fisher is Thomas’ third adopted child. He found out that she is the daughter of a bonnie and clyde couple and adopts her.
Jacob Fisher is Thomas’ fourth adopted child. He was found rummaging the streets and managed to pickpocket one of Fisher’s gadgets, earning him respect to live with him.
Jim Fisher is Thomas’ fifth adopted child. He was from an orphanage and ran away and found his way into his secret base.
Mayor Adams is the only politician in the city that isn’t corrupt, working side by side with the vigilante.
Jack Ripe-A jack the ripper wanna be.
Vicki-A mystery woman who seems to be the side kick of every villain.
Polly-Paula Fisher, Fisher’s missing wife, who went insane after learning her son died.
Harry Reed-Fisher’s CIA rival in the agency. It turns out he was a KGB mole in the agency, and would have used Alex as leverage against Fisher to make him join him. So Ian chose to fake Alex’s death and have him live with Ian’s son for a little while. But when everything was found out, everything started to unravel around him, ending with his exposure and impromptu execution.
